When you have the SafeDAS Tool open, you cannot use any other excel tool that you have previously opened in the same excel session and which now sits 'beneath' the Safe DAS Tool.

 

However, you can open ANOTHER session of excel (i.e. via your 'Start' button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen) and open a second file 'side by side' with the Safe DAS tool. This can be useful for copy/pasting from one file to the other.
